Cancellation Policy
By booking an eyelash extension service, you confirm that you have read and understood the following information. Eyelash extensions are not suitable for everyone. Please do not book if you have a current or recurring history of eye conditions, including but not limited to blepharitis, conjunctivitis (pink eye), styles, eye infections, eye inflammation, recent eye surgery, or any other medical eye conditions. If you are unsure, please consult a medical professional before booking. Additionally, if you experience severely sensitive skin, strong reactions to fumes, or known allergies to cosmetic adhesives, this service may not be suitable for you. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and hygienic application, some individuals may still experience irritation or allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may pose a risk to your health or safety. No refunds will be issued for appointments declined due to undisclosed conditions.
